I have created my 3:00 minute piece of music to accompany my slideshow, and it has a rock/edge feel to it, without it being overpowering. It has some acoustic loops in there and steady drum beats so its quite light and doesn't distract from my images, but they also compliment each other well.
I've also used to long loops as i cant create my own music to put onto GarageBand i tried to get structure loops with actual beats that flow, but i have also edited them to make them longer and i have also pasted i an acoustic loop that i created a few weeks back, as i think the contrasts in the music also reflect the people and ideas behind tattoos; that it's not all just rock and metal and skull and crossbones tattooed on you, but that people get tattooed for sensitive and personal reasons.
